Search or browse for a product
Use the search bar at the top of any page to search by name or keyword (e.g. "dog bed" or "cat collar"), or click Shop in the menu to browse everything. On the shop page, use the filters on the side to narrow results by category, price range, or rating, and use the Sort dropdown to order results by newest, price, or top-rated.
Check the product details
Click any product to see full photos, the description, available sizes or colors (if any), shipping estimate, and customer reviews. This is the best place to confirm sizing, materials, and compatibility with your pet before ordering.
Add it to your cart
Choose a quantity and any options, then click Add to Cart to keep browsing, or Buy Now to go straight to checkout. You can review your cart anytime by clicking the cart icon in the top right — from there you can update quantities or remove items before you check out.
Check out — no account required
Click Checkout from your cart. You can pay as a guest with just your email and shipping address — no account needed — or log in first if you'd like your order history saved. Have a coupon code? Enter it in the Order Summary before paying. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Track your order
After checkout, you'll get an order confirmation with your order number by email. Use it anytime on our Track Order page to see its current status — no account or login needed.
